your path to sustainable health with

  • Functional Medicine

This is a targeted approach to identify and address the root cause of your symptoms in order to restore the body and mind to optimal functioning. My aim is to help you heal, prevent illness, and feel your best.

  • Acupuncture & Microneedling

Acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, and herbal medicines are therapeutic techniques derived from ancient Chinese Medicine. This is ideal for stress management, pain relief, reduction of chronic symptoms, prevention of disease, and to enhance healing and optimize your health.

  • Postpartum Health Coaching

The transition to motherhood is tremendous on every level, yet there is very little support for mothers. This service is ideal for mothers who are struggling or have been struggling since becoming a parent and want to prioritize their health and well-being from a holistic, mind-body approach.

  • From Frances M.,

"Under Rachel’s careful direction, my health issues have completely resolved. Rachel not only helped to do this, she also taught me the foundations for tapping into self care and find ways to manage stress more effectively."

  • From Catherine C.,

"I cannot recommend Rachel's services highly enough -- her recommendations -- simple, easy to follow, thoughtful, clear, and specific -- changed my life for the better and informed my habits even now, many years later.”

  • from Adam W.,

"Deciding to work with Rachel was at first a gift to myself that ended up becoming an important part of my overall recovery from substance use.

Since working with Rachel, I feel increased confidence in my overall ability to care for my body and mind. Rachel created harmony in my day by teaching me to sync up my personal routines with the natural unfolding of each day. Rachel helped me understand how to work with my body instead of against it.

As a queer person, I felt Rachel listened to my unique needs and worked to personalize holistic healing practice for my body. I’m grateful I got the chance to work with Rachel and couldn’t recommend her more.”

  • From Katie R.,

“I first reached out to Rachel during a season of complete burnout. My brain felt cloudy, my sleep was poor, and I just didn’t feel like myself.

Since working with Rachel, I noticed I am quicker to show compassion to myself during times of stress (which is huge for me), I can better identify my needs, and I’ve implemented small but impactful changes that help me ride through stressful times.

Recently in the midst of a really stressful time at work, I reached out to Rachel instead of turning inward and continuing to struggle. She gave me 5 essential things to focus on. It may sound so simple, but her list of essentials helped me “find my life raft” through a particularly turbulent time.

I am still working with Rachel and expanding my understanding and practice of how I care for myself, which is the best gift I can think to give myself.”

  • From Lauren A.,

“Life before Rachel was exhausting. Literally, I was fatigued and I’d accepted it as my reality for years.

Honestly, I am still in shock at how easily and instantly I had energy again.”

  • From Rhonda M.,

“You have been instrumental in helping me restore a healthy balance. I have told many about your miraculous work! Thank you for all you do.”

  • From Courtney,

“The Yin Way Program gave me an avenue to zero in on myself each week. This allowed me to put more time and attention on healing myself, while becoming less reactive to the chaos of my life.”
