Rachel is a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Health & Wellness Coach, Restorative Wellness Practitioner & Kundalini Yoga teacher who helps women heal their gut and reconnect with their bodies through a root-cause, whole-person approach.

  • All sessions are held virtually. Rachel is based in California (Pacific Time), which allows for flexible scheduling—including evening appointments for those who prefer to meet after work.

  • The 3-month Foundations Program includes:

    • 6 sessions (initial consultation + follow-ups)

    • Personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and herbal recommendations

    • Ongoing support between sessions through the messaging portal

    This structure allows for both guidance and real-time support as you begin implementing changes.

  • While there is some overlap, the focus is different.

    Rachel specializes in identifying your unique imbalances and creating a personalized, root-cause plan based on Ayurveda and functional nutrition. You’ll leave with a clear roadmap—knowing exactly what to eat, how to structure your day, and what changes will support your body.

    Lauren, our integrative behavior coach, focuses on implementation. She helps you turn that plan into real, sustainable change by supporting habit formation, daily routines, and follow-through. She also helps identify and work through limiting beliefs, patterns, and mindset blocks that can get in the way of progress.

    Many clients find the most success with a team approach—combining root-cause functional medicine and advanced testing with Rachel Redmond, Ayurveda and functional nutrition with Rachel Korn, and behavior change and health coaching with Lauren Snyder.

    At the same time, the Ayurveda and Nutrition program stands strongly on its own. It’s a lower-investment and less time-intensive way to begin, and for many people, it’s enough to create meaningful shifts in digestion, energy, and overall health.
