Meet Lauren

Lauren is a Certified Health Coach, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and 200-hour Yoga Teacher who helps people turn wellness goals into real-life routines that actually stick.

Her work sits at the intersection of behavior science and whole-person wellness. After years of supporting behavior change in schools and organizations, she began seeing the same pattern everywhere: people don’t struggle because they don’t care or lack motivation — they struggle because real, lasting change requires support, skill-building, and systems that fit real life.

Lauren brings a compassionate, realistic approach to change. She helps clients step off the exhausting cycle of all-or-nothing thinking and instead build small, meaningful momentum through routines, self-trust, and sustainable habits.

Her coaching is supportive, collaborative, and judgment-free — because you don’t need more pressure. You need someone in your corner while you practice doing life differently.

The Process

  • We explore your goals, values, and where you want support.

  • We identify patterns, barriers, and pressure points.

  • We create small, personalized action steps that fit your life.

  • We celebrate wins, learn from challenges, and keep moving forward.

This work is not about perfection. It’s about progress and support.
