How it Works
-
We start with a free discovery call to understand your goals and determine if this is the right fit. If it is, we move forward together. If not, I’ll always point you in the right direction.
-
We begin with an in-depth consultation where we take a comprehensive look at your health history, symptoms, and lifestyle.
You’ll receive initial, personalized recommendations to begin supporting your body right away—often focused on nutrition, sleep, stress, and blood sugar balance.
While waiting for lab results (2–4 weeks), you may begin working with Lauren, our in-house BCBA and health coach, to support implementation from the start. (Included in select packages.)
-
We use advanced functional testing (such as DUTCH, GI-MAP, and metabolomics) when appropriate to better understand your hormones, digestion, stress response, detox pathways, and nutrient status.
We then review your results together and connect the dots—creating a personalized plan tailored to your body and your goals.
-
Through regular visits (typically every 3 weeks), we guide and adjust your plan based on how your body is responding.
You’ll also receive support between visits and continued behavior change coaching to help you implement what we’re working on in a sustainable way.
-
As your symptoms improve, we shift toward strengthening and maintaining your health—helping you build habits and routines that support long-term wellness and resilience.

No, but testing, supplements are ellibgle for HSA/FSA holders - some are able to use for the package fees but it depends on your particular HSA/FSA - letters of medical necessity can be provided upon request.
-
Many clients typically begin to notice improvements within the first few weeks, but lasting change takes time and consistency.
-
Not always. Testing is used when it will meaningfully guide your care.
-
No—this work is designed to complement your existing medical care.
-
Yes, absolutely.
If you’re not ready to invest in a full functional medicine program, there are still meaningful ways to get support.
You have the option to work one-on-one with Lauren Snyder, BCBA and health coach, especially if you feel like you already know what you should be doing but struggle with follow-through, consistency, or creating lasting habits. Her work is deeply supportive for building a values-based life and actually implementing change in a way that works for you. You can learn more on her service page, where she offers both standalone support and options to work together within the functional medicine program.
You also have the option to work with our in-house Ayurvedic practitioner and health coach, if you’re looking to focus more on personalized nutrition, lifestyle support, stress management, sleep, and herbal support. This can be a great starting point for building a strong foundation for your health. (More details coming soon.)

Because this is a comprehensive, personalized process, I don’t offer refunds.
While I can’t guarantee specific outcomes or complete resolution of symptoms, I can say that this work is designed to create real, meaningful change. When you engage in the process and follow through with implementation—something you’ll be deeply supported in—clients consistently see progress and begin to feel better than when they started.
This does require your participation and a willingness to make changes. You don’t have to be perfect, and you don’t need a stress-free or perfectly structured life—but you do need to be open to trying and taking action.
In my experience, those who are willing to engage in the process see meaningful results. The only time progress tends to stall is when there isn’t follow-through—despite the support, guidance, and structure we provide.
We meet you where you are and help you move forward in a way that’s realistic and sustainable—no matter how complex or challenging your situation may feel. You won’t be doing this alone—we guide and support you every step of the way.
